Yes, our landscape design process sets the scene for construction. A concept or intent plan gives your project direction before any earthworks begin, and it's especially valuable on sloping or larger hinterland blocks where the site shape drives the design. You'll receive 3D renders to visualise the outcome before construction begins. Our designs are available to homeowners requiring masterplans for their builder or for DA approvals with no obligation to build with Gondwana.

You'll receive a call to talk through your vision and see if we're the right fit for the job. From there, we'll arrange a site visit with Founder, Mark Smith.

Mark visits your property in person to walk the site, talk through your ideas and get a real feel for how you want to live in the space. It's a paid consultation, $180 for the visit, because it's genuine, focused time on your property rather than a generic sales chat.
